Order not received and supplier not helping me
I placed order on 26 December 2025. It was shipped from origin warehouse in UK on 6 January 2026. It is now 10 February 2026 and I have not received my order. On follow ups with Manscaped, they assured me the courier would contact me. No contact received. Then I was told to contact the courier, yet when looking up the tracking number on the courier website, it is not found. At the moment, it feels that I have been ****med.

Manscaped ZA = Stay Away.
What a disaster company to deal with. I can only assume it’s a **** and am going to report wherever I can. Boy they take your money fast but when they don’t deliver it’s impossible to get your money back. Paid for tracking shipping etc. Nothing but hard age from an Ai Bot answering. Stay away. Far away

Great product and excellent customer service
This was the best decision! Works amazingly well and when the charger broke they replaced it free of charge, arrived within a couple of days. Customer service is excellent, product quality is really great. What a fantastic product and company!! 10 stars!

Great product and excellent customer service
This was the best decision! Works amazingly well and when the charger broke they replaced it free of charge, arrived within a couple of days. Customer service is excellent, product quality is really great. What a fantastic product and company!! 10 stars!

SOUTH AFRICA ORDER SHIPPED TO LONDON UK.... TWICE
I placed an order with manscapped..... and the tracing number shows the package as delivered in LONDON UK This is the 2nd time this happened, my girlfriend tried to order for me as well, and the same happened. The manscapped webpage HAS a link to purchase for SOUTH AFRICA, but the package got delivered to LONDON UK, TWICE.... I have emailed Manscapped SA and await feedback.... Be wary of ordering with MANSCAPPED......

Stay away unless you want to be scammed
Absolute worst experience of my life. Still waiting for my purchase after paying extra for parcel security, tracking and express delivery. Payment for that was 1/4 of the purchase price! For which I received absolutely no service at all. Mailing them trying to allocate your parcel won't help either. They simply tell you to contact the courier company that they appointed to ship the item, or contact "customs" of your country, without giving information regarding the location of the "customs" in your country that needs to be contacted. No reference numbers that customs will need to allocate the parcel. They make it impossible to track your parcel, and it still remains to be seen whether I will receive my purchase. Believe all the bad reviews. The good ones were probably typed by themselves to try and soften the bad reviews. I'm still waiting to see if I'm also going to be one of the unlucky customers who will be scammed out of money by them unlawfully taking money from your bank account for after sale products that I didn't buy and didn't want. Various complaints about that on this forum. I'll never deal with them ever again. The item was a birthday present and Manscaped contributed to a very disappointing situation. Do not waste your money here.

Terrible service
Good products, great advertising but terrible shipping service , when selecting an option for insured shipping with skynet and tracking , before they ship they declare it as something else and after its shipped then it becomes your headache and also when trying to send the support team messages from they online page they don't respond, 4 messages and 1 email sent and still no response

Terrible service
