Jolanda Relling at PSG in Welkom Checkers center, is a disgraceful disaster. She is never in her office (reception always says she's gone to Checkers... 🤔), she NEVER phones back and she doesn't read her emails. Whenever we eventually get hold of her after phoning several times, or even days after, she hasn't even read the email yet. Is the company aware of her working there? Is she actually employed by or associated with PSG? We've never dealt with something like this. The incompetence is UNREAL! She's supposed to be dealing with a very simple and straight forward matter but it seems like it's overwhelming her to such an extent that she's continuously wasting work hours apparently strolling around in Checkers while frustrating clients who need their insurances dealt with. Matters are delayed by weeks due to her gross negligence towards clients. Could someone maybe see if she's okay and if she still knows she's working at PSG?
There should be an option for zero stars, because that would have been my choice in this case. This person is not a professional. He is not registered with any professional body in South Africa. He tries his luck on a very, very complicated territory where he uses hocus pocus quack approaches, pretending to be a trauma counselor. No-one who isn't a highly specialized psychiatric doctor should advertise themselves as trauma councellors. The mind and the psyche are two highly intricate components of a human being. *****s like Shawn Kritzinger elicits your most intimate traumatic events in your life, and then has no clue how to walk you through those emotions. Instead he creates emotional chaos and has no clue how to manage it. It's an absolute abomination that these kinds of people are allowed to sell themselves as trauma specialists. Luckily I ended my "therapy" immediately once I realized that he's going to do far more harm than good with the trauma I've been battling with for years. Because he's not a professional, he's not registered at any professional institution, and for that reason he also has no obligation to keep your innermost trauma and personal information confidential. Protect your psychological integrity and your privacy and rather see a psychologist or psychiatrist who specializes in trauma counseling. It is such a complicated field that those professionals refer patients to their colleagues who do specialize in trauma counseling. Be responsible with the matters related to your mind, psyche and consciousness.
The professional assistance by Clint at Evotel made our transition to Evotel feel effortless and stress-free. His hands-on assistance and excellent organizational skills assured speedy installation. He kept us updated throughout the process. The technicians at Evotel were polite, worked neatly and completed the installation in a record time, as opposed to a previous company we dealt with. On 10 September I submitted my application PLUS supporting documentation for payout in terms of the two pot system on a retirement annuity. I received an email stating that my application is receiving attention and that it will be completed by 2/10/24. A couple of days afterwards I received another email stating that the application could not electronically be finalized, and that someone from Sanlam would get in contact with me. Nobody did until I phoned Sanlam Capetown. The client service help desk informed me that my application form was not received, only supporting documentation. That, while I sent the application form and supporting documents in one email. I sent the whole batch of documentation again, only to hear that the application has been received on 18/9/2024, and that completion date will be 11/10/2024. Why is it necessary for Sanlam to lie about when the documentation was received and moves the completion date on with a week?? When speaking to someone in a managerial position at one of the help numbers, the person told me that "completion" date does not mean completion of the matter either. Completion in the simple context of finalizing a matter (processing of documents and pay out to member) is therefore clearly not how Sanlam understands completion. I was told that they have time until the 11/10/24 to give attention to the claim, only thereafter it is sent so SARS and sometime after that payment is made to the applicant. The process isn't transparent and Sanlam is playing around with pay outs that, to most applicants, are crucial and urgent. Them not administering claims in a professional manner, mis-filing application forms, changing "completion" dates after confirming receipt of all documents and shortly after that losing the application form, is unacceptable. I'm done with Sanlam. After pay out of my app**** for portion of my retirement annuity, I'm gone. Discovery offers much better deals.
This company is definitely on its way to bankruptcy. I wish I'd read the reviews before buying from House and Home. It's been three weeks and all I receive is empty promises and stories of their "supplier being out of stock". NOBODY gives a damn if you receive your purchases or not. Not the area manager and not even the headoffice. Everyone is passing the buck to the next person, and the next person is just as useless. If you haven't received your purchased goods yet, go to the store and insist on your delivery. Before you know it their doors will be permanently closed and you won't have any luck retrieving what you've purchased. You'll never get your money back if you bought cash, and you'll have an impossible quest to prove that you don't owe on your hire purchase with them due to non receipt of your purchases, when House and Home goes bust. Their sales people are very lackluster too. They probably also have to grovel for their paychecks every month because the company doesn't have money to pay them. Stay far away from H&H. It's probably the best advertised **** in South Africa.
Absolute worst experience of my life. Still waiting for my purchase after paying extra for parcel security, tracking and express delivery. Payment for that was 1/4 of the purchase price! For which I received absolutely no service at all. Mailing them trying to allocate your parcel won't help either. They simply tell you to contact the courier company that they appointed to ship the item, or contact "customs" of your country, without giving information regarding the location of the "customs" in your country that needs to be contacted. No reference numbers that customs will need to allocate the parcel. They make it impossible to track your parcel, and it still remains to be seen whether I will receive my purchase. Believe all the bad reviews. The good ones were probably typed by themselves to try and soften the bad reviews. I'm still waiting to see if I'm also going to be one of the unlucky customers who will be scammed out of money by them unlawfully taking money from your bank account for after sale products that I didn't buy and didn't want. Various complaints about that on this forum. I'll never deal with them ever again. The item was a birthday present and Manscaped contributed to a very disappointing situation. Do not waste your money here.
Shaun Kritzinger, advertising himself as a "trauma counselor", can't produce any proof of any credentials. I unfortunately established this only after I started "trauma counselling" with him and realised that he is definitely not who he markets himself to be. The fact that his credentials appear nowhere on his website or elsewhere (which I only established after starting "counseling" with him), which credentials are apparently then non-existent, shows during his "counseling" sessions. His business is called SK TRANSFORMATION LIFE COACHING, situated in Hartbee****rt. I had a very unsatisfactory experience with him during his "trauma counseling sessions" and I also received very inappropriate text messages from him during my dealings with him. It's impossible to report him to any professional bodies like the HPCSA, as he is not registered with them. He boasts of 15 years' experience in counselling, psychology (!!!), NLP, body language and coaching, whereas 15 years ago, he was barely 19 or 20 years old. This in itself makes alarm bells ring. He offers services in trauma counselling, but during these "sessions" it becomes clear that something is amiss. Once I established that he isn't registered with the HPCSA, I checked with other regulatory bodies, and he wasn't registered with them either. Upon discovering that I was seeing someone to assist me with severe trauma, who hadn't had proven credentials or registration at any respected professional bodies, I stopped paying his bills, as he was by no means offering professional services. He then started threatening me via text messages, stating that he would make public the information that I'd shared with him during my "sessions" with him (a very odd threat, as I shared trauma related information with him that nobody else would be interested in). The mentality he possesses that makes it acceptable to him to threaten his "trauma patient" is beyond me. This probably underlines the fact that he has no relevant credentials to show. Be very careful and research his credentials (good luck) , and whether he is registered with any professional body (I'll not be holding my breath), before booking with him, to save valuable time that you could have spent with a professional person.

Avoid this "lawyer". He takes weeks to do what he gets paid to do, and even then it's a total disaster. If you want to lose your case, and make a laughing stock of yourself in court, take him as your lawyer. As a cherry on top, he will overcharge you too. I reported him to the law society and he got a fine of R9000 for being negligent. Google Walter du Toit Son Koerant, then you'll see what kind of sleeze he is. If I knew what kind of person he is I would have never appointed him as my lawyer. Unluckily for me, I didn't know any lawyers in Welkom when I took him as lawyer for my civil case, and I thought if someone passed the bar examination they would be good enough to be a lawyer. How wrong I was.
It's a pity that there isn't the possibility to award zero stars. What a quack!!! Is this a dentist or a mechanic?? The manner in which he works with a person is completely unacceptable. Your mouth and your teeth feel beaten up after he's done with you. And don't even consider having your teeth buffed by him. Your teeth will be sensitive for the rest of your life. My first time in his mechanic /panel beater workshop (definitely NOT a surgery,!!!) was definitely the last, and I will warn the whole world about his unprofessional way of doing things. Absolute quack delux. Stay far away
