Stay away unless you want to be scammed

Absolute worst experience of my life. Still waiting for my purchase after paying extra for parcel security, tracking and express delivery. Payment for that was 1/4 of the purchase price! For which I received absolutely no service at all. Mailing them trying to allocate your parcel won't help either. They simply tell you to contact the courier company that they appointed to ship the item, or contact "customs" of your country, without giving information regarding the location of the "customs" in your country that needs to be contacted. No reference numbers that customs will need to allocate the parcel. They make it impossible to track your parcel, and it still remains to be seen whether I will receive my purchase.

Believe all the bad reviews. The good ones were probably typed by themselves to try and soften the bad reviews. I'm still waiting to see if I'm also going to be one of the unlucky customers who will be scammed out of money by them unlawfully taking money from your bank account for after sale products that I didn't buy and didn't want. Various complaints about that on this forum.

I'll never deal with them ever again. The item was a birthday present and Manscaped contributed to a very disappointing situation. Do not waste your money here.
