I placed order on 26 December 2025. It was shipped from origin warehouse in UK on 6 January 2026. It is now 10 February 2026 and I have not received my order. On follow ups with Manscaped, they assured me the courier would contact me. No contact received. Then I was told to contact the courier, yet when looking up the tracking number on the courier website, it is not found. At the moment, it feels that I have been ****med.
We ordered a parcel from the UK which arrived in South Africa on September 2014. After several months of follow up, I was instructed to mail JIMC . I did so and they gave me the local tracking number II292614643ZA and ensured me that delivery will place asap. This was the beginning of January 2015.<br> <br> Since then no one at the call centre could help me and they do not reply to my emails. All I can see that according to [URL Removed] my package has been at the JHB Mail Centre since 19 January 2015.<br> <br> It is 30 January 2015 and still not received my package<br> This is unacceptable!!!! I will pick it up, if only someone would help me properly and tell me where!!!
