Not as advertised, a bunch ai written jargon. App is useless. And they took money without my authorization. Don’t fall prey.

empty promises and still no product, refund, feedback. what the actual...
Promised a product (and I paid extra for express delivery) and still not delivered (it's 2 days later). We had to make an additional plan and source the same product elsewhere at additional costs because printulu promised a delivery day (which was confirmed by them the day before) and yet NOTHING. I am VERY VERY disappointed. Also promised that the "manager" will call, and still nothing. I have tried for 3 days to get hold of the person I was dealing with, left my number numberous times. Nothing. No product, no service, no feedback (except empty promises to get back to me). This is actually shocking. STAY AWAY

Great product and excellent customer service
This was the best decision! Works amazingly well and when the charger broke they replaced it free of charge, arrived within a couple of days. Customer service is excellent, product quality is really great. What a fantastic product and company!! 10 stars!

Absolutely brilliant! Worth every cent. The customer support is great, and they really go the extra mile. Everything makes sense and the feedback is really professional and easy to understand.

No no no no
DO NOT GIVE IN TO THEM! They have very clever sales people and tactics. The products destroyed my skin (even after I made it clear I have a very sensitive skin). And when you try to get your money back as promised high and low, they don’t come back to you. Very very disappointed.
