a Nightmare to deal with

I've had the displeasure of owning a unit in a complex managed first by Alec Massel, then the complex changed managing agents due to poor service (moved over to Mansfield properties) - The service was even worse. For this reason I decided to sell... then came the surprise Alec Massel and Mansfield properties have merged. I have literally been struggling for 6 months to get my money back from these people (paid in advance for Levies) and get absolutely no feedback from them. Would not recommend dealing with them.
