Stay away from Mapogo

It is me again. The time that went by since I had a telephonic conversation with Monica at Mapogo regarding this issue is no nearly four weeks. In the conversation Monica admitted that the technician did left a message and photo of the radio transmitter and that the radio transmitter in question is not the property of Mapogo last year and November 2018, Monica asked me if I will be so ind to give them the radio transmitter. I agreed and then she told me that she cannot she on their system that I were sued for the radio transmitter. It is almost the end of November 2019 and no one from Mapogo came to collect the radio transmitter in the meantime the judgement is still on my name at ITC and Mapogo and their attorney still forwarded no letter to me or ITC to remove the judgement from my name.

I would all to like to say that while travelling thru three towns on a daily basis the Mapogo armed response officers is still not wearing bulletproof vests. Monica told me that she will attend to all complains and blamed her collegue before her for the mess. Typical Mapogo will always blame some else for the mistake and they only run after the money.

It is strange that after nearly two and a half year of struggling that Mapogo who have everything I am complaining about on their system but made no effort to resolve the mess.
