I informed Absa several times a ou debit orders that were stopped on my cheque account. Today I received a call from Absa informing me that my account is beastly R2500 overdrawn. I explained to the lady what happened and direct after the call I received an email from the Absa attorneys and asms to phone Absa. Absa is processing debit orders left, right and center just to make money of their customers. Absa use the excuse that companies change one or two digits and then Absa will process the debit orders again. That is how Absa make money.
At President Hyper is it not the pize you see is the prize you pay. It is a coding to the rude manager the consumers responsibility to check the item towards the prize, description and barcode. I took a Toystorie 2 toy on the helf with the prize of R179. 99. Their as about 15 of the same toys on the shelf. At the till they rang it for R599. 99. I oustoned it and a employee went to the shelf with me and found only the R179. 99 tag on the shelf. The cashier and supervisor de ided that it is my fail and then the manager came and told me that it doesn't help to even rgu with him because it is the consumers responsibility to check every items barcode, description and prize. No apology. When I said I will post it on social media the attitude was"please yourself.
I posted in December 2020 about the poor service and rude service that I received from Mosaic. After they denied my accusations on hellopeter I received a friendly email informing me that the ashes can be collected. Today I received a message from Sannie at Mosaic that her boss is not finish with me and that they are not impress with me. I asked in my last post if I am lying about things that Sannie said and up to date I received no response from Mosaic headoffice or Francis (the owner) or her husband at the Krugersdorp branch. Today I received the threat that Sannie's boss is not finish with me. This is how Mosaic do bussiness and if they think that they are going to intimidate me they have another thing coming. I have the proof and witnesses to everything that happened.
I have to do this post although I always promote Discovery in total but now I am irretated with their incompetence. The Discovery I sure debit order were processed beginning of December and again before Christmas and now Discovery forwarded their email singed by Francois that my policy is suspended. Everytime I contact the financial advisor and fight with him but now I realize that it is not his fault but the total incompetence of the Discovery staff and this Francois guys. This is the reason people cancel their policies with Discovery and not because of the financial advisors.
It is now two weeks since the group received their money for the cremation and for the past time we requested a time and date to collect the remains of the cremation but after several emails we received no response from any one at Mosaic.
I give one star because without giving a star you cannot proceed. I will not recommend Mosaic Funeral Group to any person in this country. It is a week (7) days yesterday after the skelms paid Mosaic. Sannie were adament that she will sent the body back to the Goverment Mortuary for a paupers funeral if the money were not paid on the 3rd by 08h30. The money were paid less the R2500 which Mosaic had in cash from me last Friday the 4th of December 2020. We forwarded several request for the date that we will receive the ashes of the deceased but up to date not one word from Mosaic. I also did send an email to Mosaic Head office without any response. That mean the employees can be rude, defame customers and accused customers of all sort of things and not one person care. People stay away from Mosaic Funeral group. This is the service they provide. Just yesterday I told friends who actually refered me to Mosaic of the poor service and they said maybe it went so bad after they changed to Mosaic from Martin's.
After the money less the R2500 were paid on Friday the 4th of December 2020 we are trying to get a date when the ashes of the deased can be collected and this far nothing. Not any response on any email. But then I must state that the public cannot expect any better from such a company with the employee they have. After my post I received a message that the matter will be investigated and someone will get back to me but with the actions of their employees I dont think anything will happens.
This company is some of the worst people to deal with. the ladies husband passed away and then they even requested a affidavit confirming the she was married to the deceased and that the widow is arranging the funeral. That is after the landlord forwarded an affidavit that the widow is arranging everytihing. This company did not even bother to assist the widow in obtaining the funeral costs from Fedgroup. We requested on today a letter confirming from then that the monies will be paid out for the funeral and the letter must be forwarded to the undertakers. the undertakers email address were included with the explanation that the funeral will take place today. This company never forwarded a letter to the undertakers but to the widow. At no point anywhere did anyone from this company contact the widow and offer assistance. This is one of those companies to stay away from. This company is also just one that is doing the Fedgroup dirty work. the funeral were suppose to take place at 10h00 and untill now no feedback from Welshfin.
I must with this post inform all about the utterly poor service I received from Mosaic Krugersdorp. Last week I asked Mosaic to get me a church for a servicce and were informed by Sannie that they booked the Bikers church in Dan Pienaarville for the service on the 3rd of December 2020 but the church fees of R2500 (two thousand five hundred rand) must be paid on or before the 30th of November 2020. I paid the R2500.00. Due to unforeseen circumstances from my side and poor service from Fedgroup /Welshfin the funeral money were not paid to the deceased persons wife. On the 3rd of December 2020 at 07h30 my wife received a call from Sannie. few minutes later the widow received a call from Sannie and I tried to explain to Sannie what happended and she informed me that I am trying to rob them of there funeral fees. She said that the fees must be paid before 9 otherwise she will send the body to the goverment mortuary and give him a paupers funeral. I said do what you want. About an hour later Sannie called again and said the the funeral can continue if Fedgroup send an undertaking that the money will be paid. I requested it from them and Welshfin forwarded a letter addressed to the widow that the documentation were received and there will be an outcome within 48 hours. I went to the church I paid R2500 for and then Sannie told me that I cannot use the church even for a memorial service because Mosaic did not receive their pyment and that I am trying to rib them off from their money. I told Sannie that I paid for the church and that I c****e the church and she said that I must not tell her about the rules and regulation. At about 10h30 Sannie forward me the document signed stating that I must look at signed clause. Although I did say that the people from Mosaic is friendly and helpful Sannie turned around and become utterly rude and disrespectful. While Sannie accuse me of trying to rib Mosaic off I can confirm that Mosaic stole my R2500 which I paid for the church. People stay away from Mosaic because they specially Sannie are extremely rude and dont understand. I will never use Mosaic again and will never let any person I know use them for any service. This is not a company that you allow to handle your loved ones. I do understand that Mosaic cannot to a service without payment and did not expect them to do so but I paid for the service of the church and feel that the church could have been used for the time I paid for. I did not now that the Bikers Church belongs to Mosaic Funeral group.
I posted a issue and was called by a lady called Daphne. This lady told me that A SA manager contacted the company trying to process a debit order and ABSA was told there is an agreement that the company may process a debit order. Today I received a call from the attorney representing the company and he confirmed that there is no agreement for any debit order nor did they had a enquiry by ABSA regarding this debit orders. With that info it is proven again that ABSA is only making money from their clients.
