I am receiving repeated marketing messages from your business, despite never having opted in to any marketing communications. I have never been to Rustenburg, nor have I ever shopped at your store, as I am based in Cape Town. I do not understand how my personal details were obtained. I have already: Blocked the number, Called to request removal, and Sent an email asking to be removed from your marketing campaign. None of these attempts have resolved the issue. Please let me know how can I resolve this issue - it is sooo against the POPIA act

Honestly if I could give no star I would , This place is probably the worst place that exists , on the 7th of January the trolly guys bumped my car as I was driving in at the back of Hyper (Banks side) I reported it to management who also went and looked at the damage on my car and asked that I send through my version and photos with quotes , I did what they asked and even got 2 quotes of wich one of them is more affordable , yet NO REPLY !!!!! I mean honestly what tipe of management are you , do you have no respect for peoples property that your trolly guys damaged... because they dont pay attention , actually this incident happened because the back guy pushing the trolleys was having his earphones in his ears and could not hear the others yell at him to stop pushing the trolleys and so they bumped my car this coming from their own mouths !!!!!! honestly I want feedback from you guys otherwise I will take this further and make you guys known on every single social Media platform available.

Rustenburg President hyper money market service is poor on the system installed by management is not usser friendly and it takes time to reconcile Management only likes to put blame on employees only not taking responsibility as well for the policy,s that are not justificable and unjust towards staff members on the group

On Black Friday, my mom purchased a TV from President Hyper, Krugersdorp. In-store, staff only switched the TV on briefly to show that it powered on. No proper inspection of the screen was done and no content was played. Once the TV was installed at home, we immediately noticed that the screen was cracked. We returned to the store as soon as possible to report the issue. Instead of receiving assistance, the manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. We were told outright that the damage was “our fault” and that their return policy does not allow for an exchange. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of professionalism. There was no attempt to inspect the TV further, no empathy, no explanation of possible options, and no effort to help resolve the issue. The manager folded their arms and shut the conversation down, making it very clear that they were not interested in assisting us. This is not how customers should be treated, especially after making a significant purchase. Even if policies exist, basic customer service and respect are non-negotiable. President Hyper could have handled this situation far better by offering guidance or alternatives instead of immediately blaming the customer. I am extremely disappointed in the service received at this branch and expect President Hyper to address this matter seriously.

President hyper in Vanderbijlpark had their normal 2 weekly special, this time 30 eggs for R50-00, first day all sold out, I went back 3 times, no eggs. Their excuse, Supplier did not deliver. Not good enough excuse. Find a reliable supplier before the time.

I made e-wallet at Rustenburg hyper supermarket it was shown as it did go tru but after the day they called saying I needed to refind them We called the bank and bank deed confirmed in the reconciliation of credit but it has been fixed by thier side Even today President hyper did not call me to confirm of the payment or apologize for the inconvenience caused??

Rustenburg store really punches well above - actually head and shoulders above any and all other grocery stores. Their specials are really special, the store is well lit and clean, pricing is visible and accurate, staff are friendly and helpful (I know right?!) and it is an absolute pleasure to shop there. Very well done and keep up the brilliance!
