Violence against women and no respect for customers
I was at Shell N4 platinum garage Rustenburg today 17 March 2026 around 16h45pm there was a male Indian manager disrespecting a co--African woman and threatening her with violence in--font of us as customers the lady couldn't do anything as She felt threatened and even us we were tromatised In South Africa we have lot of Gbv violence against woman and children this incident shows that these man is not valuing woman and has no respect for women Shell needs to move him out of working with women as he is not representing Shell brand

EXELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was assisted by Orateng Ditshego bank consultant today at Rustenburg Cbd branch very professional and dedicated willing to go extra mile to meet customer needs She exceed my expectations 15 out of 10 service exellent!!!!!!

Exellent great customer service and clear communication
I launched a complaint with Fnb regarding wallet outstanding payment with Hello Peter portal There was and Fnb agent with the name Crytal Augustas She was with me from the first day asking email for details and today She came back with the positive feedback regarding my complaint We need people like her because she is a great example to her employer and the brand Fnb as she is a great brand ambassador. Thank you Crystal people from Fnb Waterfall mall did nothing with my complaint but you went out of your was to meet and exceed my expectations I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart I'm not a simple customer put I'm giving you 15 out of 10 service.

Exellent customer service 15 out of 10 service
I was at Debonairs pizza Magalies view in Rustenburg on Friday 30th of January 2026 the service I have been given byvthe whole team was 15 out of 10 exellent customer service turn around time exellent since buying pizza from different outlets I have never received the exellent service I have been given I will definitely go back there because of service and great attitude from all store members in that shift it was a afternoon shift just before 17pm

Poor system and poor service with no communication
Rustenburg President hyper money market service is poor on the system installed by management is not usser friendly and it takes time to reconcile Management only likes to put blame on employees only not taking responsibility as well for the policy,s that are not justificable and unjust towards staff members on the group

Poor customer service
I have just changed to Nedbank from other bank but Nedbank customer service online is not helpful even if you calll them in need of their help they can't do lot on the app will still advise you to go to the branch and that is very inconvenience for productive and thier branch is always full with people who need help you spend 2or 3 hours for service Try and do something about this because it will chase lot of customers away from you including myself.
