Exploitation of Employees

I've been working for this company ever since it launched in October 2019, and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. The company has not payed us our May, June, July salaries and with the wah things are going its obvious we will not be payed for August as well because apparently the company is going through some financial issues and we are expected go understand that, yet they are failing to understand us as employees that we also have families to take care of, Bills to pay. Even worse we are in a pandemic. The managing director asked us to give him 2 weeks and we did, after that 2 weeks there was no communication whatsoever from their side. Earlier this month again he asked for 2 weeks, even yesterday he asked for another 2 weeks which is now really frustrating for employees as to how do we go on, how do we pay rent, buy food and essentials if we are being told to wait for 2 weeks after 2 weeks. This Indian company is exploiting young south africans and that is not acceptable
