As a current Bonitas Primary client I have been forced to use the services of Marara Pharmacy. For 1,5 years now I have had to phone them EVERY month in order to fix the claims they are processing. I have requested each and every time that a pharmacist contact me BEFORE processing the claim but I am yet to receive this call. And every single month I have to reverse the claim submitted and speak to a consultant which can sometimes take 15-20 minutes. Can they not just get their services up to standard - especially because we are forced to use them. And just for clarity it is only 1 prescription with 5 meds - and they can't even get this correct.
