Don't use him - Table View Maintenance Man

Marc responded to a request on our neighbourhood Facebook page (Table View). He came around on time, kept me posted on how far he was etc. Unf I needed a new electronic lock, so he put a temporary solution in place until the following day. He asked me to pay R1699 for the cost of the lock and that he would collect and install the next day. From Friday - Tuesday I had the run around with messages about suppliers not having stock etc. We personally sourced the lock needed as this was urgent. He apologised saying he would refund me in full. A day has passed and he is not answering his phone and I still haven't received the money. Be cautious! I don't know if he is a scammer, but please be careful in using this guy. Seems super nice, but my end experience has been a sour one and cost me double. I'm hopeful he will read this and pay me back asap.
