Someone there recommended Buco Parklands. When I got there, Adrian happily gave me undivided attention to the long list of things I needed. Thank u for the excellent service Adrian!
What a fantastic experience I had with this company. When faced with an emergency situation yesterday, I called ahead to see if someone could be on standby if I needed someone. When it turned out is did, Michael arrived within 10 minutes. He was quick, efficient and very helpful. A short while later I received a call from Alon saying he was glad everything was ok. Absolutely superior service. Highly recommended this company.

Capelli Blouberg offers a truly outstanding experience. The salon is beautifully decorated, you receive a warm welcome from everyone (especially from Terri, the owner) and the experience at the basins is heavenly! A massage and a warm blanket on offer! My stylist is Amanda. She's a wonderful hairstylist. She listens to what you want and cuts beautifully. I highly recommend you give this salon a try. Top class!
As a repeat dieting offender - yip, I've done all the deprivation diets, stumbling upon Calorie Deficit Weight loss was an eye-opener. Marc responded to a request on our neighbourhood Facebook page (Table View). He came around on time, kept me posted on how far he was etc. Unf I needed a new electronic lock, so he put a temporary solution in place until the following day. He asked me to pay R1699 for the cost of the lock and that he would collect and install the next day. From Friday - Tuesday I had the run around with messages about suppliers not having stock etc. We personally sourced the lock needed as this was urgent. He apologised saying he would refund me in full. A day has passed and he is not answering his phone and I still haven't received the money. Be cautious! I don't know if he is a scammer, but please be careful in using this guy. Seems super nice, but my end experience has been a sour one and cost me double. I'm hopeful he will read this and pay me back asap.
I'm absolutely shocked with the lack of service or ability to even contact this company. No reply to emails and a note on their website that says the Customer help-line is out of action due to Covid. Whattt? Oh my goodness! I bought my son's school books from this site in October, never for a minute thinking there would be an issue. He starts this week and we have no books. Is anyone able to assist with getting thru to this company. Is seems to be a scam.
I recently purchased a product online with Manicaa.com. It said the product was in stock. The following day I received an email saying the item was not in stock and a refund would be issued within 7-14 days. It is now day 16 and I am still waiting. I haven't had a reply to 2 emails I've sent asking for reasons as to why the refund has not shown. Could someone PLEASE respond and pay me back? This is very concerning.
I'm worried this site is a scam. I ordered an item on the 12th July. On the 13th I received notification that the item was out of stock, tho on the site it showed in stock. The mail said I would receive a refund between 7-14 days. It's now day 15 and not a word. I would advise people to NOT order from this site if this is their service level.
I have been purchasing gas from The Gas Boys for a few years with absolutely no problems. Until this month. I have my receipts for the past 2 years and 1 x 9kg bottle lasts me 6 months. On the 28/03/21 I had my new bottle installed. I noticed a gas smell but thought nothing of it. I admit I was lax in not investigating the gas smell more, as it was stronger than normal. Two weeks ago I suffered from a bad case of what my doctor told me was Vertigo. I was nauseous and very dizzy. I didn't connect the dots, that it could possibly be the leaking gas. I contacted Gas Boys to assist and check but no one was available. I then called a friend to come and check the connection and he found a bit of the wrapping in the thread of the gas bottle. This explained the leaking gas smell. I then left it and carried on. The gas smell had disappeared and it was working fine. This morning, my gas ran out. It's exactly 1 month from the day of purchase. I was shocked. I placed a call to The Gas Boys telling them what had happened and I expected them to apologise for the poor installation and offer a replacement bottle. I am most certainly not trying to score a free bottle here. It's the principle of good customer care and relationship. I was told that they would not offer to replace it, and perhaps the problem was on my side i.e. the connection. I feel this is in extremely poor taste. For R259.00 they are happy to lose a customer through lack of concern. I'm quite shocked to be honest. Leaking gas is a safety risk! I will certainly go elsewhere for my gas from no on.
