Marcopolo Holiday Club The ****

Marcopolo Holiday Club is a **** and should be closed, they advertise cheap vacations and take people's money, when it's for you to go they come up with all sort of stories, starting with guest certificate, you will never get it. Next they cancel you the day you are suppose to go, that time you have a spend a lot money buying clothes and food for the vacation. I had invited friends from different provinces to go with, and they canceled us on the day we were suppose go, mind we took leaves from work.

When it comes to communication, they are the worst, you will call, whatsapp, facebook them and they won't respond. When they decide to respond, they are so rudeeee.
