Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Avoid This Hotel!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff here are bullies, plain and simple.

When we arrived, we noticed that one of the duvets and a pillow were dirty. We didn’t even bother complaining—we just ignored it and even agreed to pay for it, despite it not being our fault, just to avoid any issues. But things got even worse.

Later, we saw stains on the “new” bedding—on two different beds! When we finally complained, the staff’s response was beyond unacceptable. Instead of addressing the issue, one of them became incredibly rude and defensive, insisting that they hadn’t changed the bedding—even though they had literally brought it to our room earlier to complain about it! So, which is it? Did they replace it with more stained linens, or did they just lie about changing it? Either way, it’s disgusting.

The way we were treated was appalling. Rather than fixing the problem, the staff tried to make us feel like we were the issue. It was clear they had no interest in basic cleanliness or customer service.

I wouldn’t stay here again if it was the last hotel on Earth. Avoid this place at all costs!
