Horrible experience at Margate Sands

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and disgust at the Margate Sands Hotel. The place is an absolute disaster - dirty, filthy, and infested with ****roaches. I was appalled to see the state of the halls, and the rooms are just as bad. The shower in our room wasn't working, and the smell was unbearable.

The lack of cleanliness and maintenance is unacceptable for a hotel. Very disappointed in the service and would not recommend to anyone.

1/10 would not stay here again.
