Money down the drain

I went to Courier Guy to return the ring I bought from them. They need an invoice to get a quote as to the cost to return the parcel. They estimated that it will cost R550 to return the parcel.

Now I have paid R600 for the R29 ring and will most probably not receive my money back as Maria Jewelry really cheated me on this one.

I am writing a glowing report for heron all platforms possible and I am considering contacting a lawyer.

Companies like this one put all online shopping in a bad light. Lying and cheating honest people out of hard earned money. She should be ashamed.
