Marijuana SA made me smile
While I initially had trouble germinating one or two seeds, the company assisted me with a replacement package and detailed instructions on how to germinate and care for the seedlings. They've been checking in one me several times a week so make sure I got my parcel and on the progress of the growth. Excellent after sales service, thank you. You turned my frown upside down :)

Disappointed in Marijuana SA shop
I have purchased seeds twice from this company. On both occasions, 1/3 didnt sprout, despite following instructions they provide. I have a green thumb and grow exotic house plants. Despite reaching out to them via whatsapp, they havent responded after my initial query. I am disappointed as a repeat client as I didnt complain the first time. Not eager to support a company that dont respond or resolve simple queries.

Excellent Customer Service
Bought seeds on the Sunday and delivered on the Monday. I made a request to change the delivery address on the Monday morning and I was helped without any questions asked or backlash. I appreciate the excellent customer service received and would definitely recommend. Will be purchasing again for sure!

For once I have found a online e-commerce store that has a top notch management team,a well planned easy to use website and a great WhatsApp customer care. The founders who have their feet in the door of bigger things coming their way deserve it.May the future bring bigger things to come.
