They get the job done, blacklisting people who deserve to be blacklisted, but they do not make it cheap and for next to no reason. Many small businesses cannot afford to pay R250 (R100 for the notice and then R150 to make the blacklisting official) to blacklist someone who has not paid. I understand there needing to be some profit, but you guys should really make your business more accessible or at least start making it easier to blacklist given that you take so much money for simply running a database. There are millions of cheats in this country -- there should be an easy, cost-effective way to report those people since the police do not give a rat's *ss about whether they are punished for fraud. You should be that service, but you are not.
