What a sad sight this hospital was.
Nursing staff are absolutely useless, rude and incompetent. Thank God I had a good doctor who went the extra mile to help me. So many people came in via ambulance and were just left and not seen to at all. Absolutely disgusting. Not a single night shift nurse came to check on us. The ER doctor was professional and efficient, however, the nurses in the wards are so rude, impatient, lack patient empathy and are just in the industry so that they have a job. This is really really sad and I really do hope that one day the service will change.

Service levels are bordering on poor.
I went to the Builders on Hendrik Potgieter Street and Jim Fouche. I was totally unable to find an assistant when required. Either walking about trying to look busy or stuck with their eyes glued to a cell phone or huddled together talking. Typical laziness - I do not always blame them since they are usually underpaid. I sometimes, however, could not distinguish between an employee and a shopper. You guys should give employees bibs or something that they must wear when in duty.

I am satisfied with the service.
Very good service received from Zelda. She's a sweetheart. I had to cancel an upgraded signed the day before. It was handled efficiently. I would have given 5 stars but I was advised yesterday that I would receive a call from the branch manager, and I did, but they were not able to give me an exact time. They told me that it is difficult to schedule a time because they're busy. I had no idea, but I undeerstand.

A decent dinner experience.
The venue has outdoor seating and is calm and relaxing. I had the pink salmon with roasted potatoes and ricotta cheese salad. The salmon was prepared well but felt it could have used a bit more seasoning. For dessert I had the Decadent Nutella waffle. The waffle was amazing and came with a strawberry cheese cake ice cream. Just wished there was a bit more of the ice cream because it was not especially filling while being rather expensive, but it was good.

Just what I needed!
Stayed in Johannesburg (never a fun trip to make), but I was pleasantly surprised to stumble across this gem in that concrete jungle. Waiters are always so polite! The food was so yummy as well - Steak and ribs served to order. The overall ambience was peaceful and exactly what I needed after a long week of travel. I will always recommend!

MarisIT is stuck in the 2000s
They get the job done, blacklisting people who deserve to be blacklisted, but they do not make it cheap and for next to no reason. Many small businesses cannot afford to pay R250 (R100 for the notice and then R150 to make the blacklisting official) to blacklist someone who has not paid. I understand there needing to be some profit, but you guys should really make your business more accessible or at least start making it easier to blacklist given that you take so much money for simply running a database. There are millions of cheats in this country -- there should be an easy, cost-effective way to report those people since the police do not give a rat's *ss about whether they are punished for fraud. You should be that service, but you are not.
