Panel beaten.

Our vehicle was sent to this establishment as per our insurance company. To cut a long story short they neglected to tighten a bolt in the steering column, they did not set the timing on the vehicle resulting in an issue with the gears, they neglected to put in a bolt and a spring into the rack when they redid the front end which would have resulted in it collapsing which would have caused complete loss of control of the steering of the vehicle - my 21 year old daughter drives this car. They cable tied the bumper onto the car and the controls for the fan and heating which were damaged in the accident were never repaired but just put back into place. I have no words.
