Insurance Failure
Our vehicle was sent to a Bryte approved panel beater after being involved in an accident. Extremely unpleasant experience. Panel beater were negligent by not replacing a bolt and spring into the steering rack which would have eventually collapsed resulting in total loss of steering. The vehicle is driven by my 21 year old daughter. The bumper is still cable tied on - how it was attached by the panel beater, Maritzburg Central. The vehicle would have been off the road 5x in order for the repairs to take place and this after contacting MR Blignaut. I have had to make constant calls and send repeated emails in order to get to point. Still awaiting response regarding the final repairs.

Panel beaten.
Our vehicle was sent to this establishment as per our insurance company. To cut a long story short they neglected to tighten a bolt in the steering column, they did not set the timing on the vehicle resulting in an issue with the gears, they neglected to put in a bolt and a spring into the rack when they redid the front end which would have resulted in it collapsing which would have caused complete loss of control of the steering of the vehicle - my 21 year old daughter drives this car. They cable tied the bumper onto the car and the controls for the fan and heating which were damaged in the accident were never repaired but just put back into place. I have no words.

INTETNET DROUGHT COURTESY OF RAIN
If I could zero stars I would. WORST internet service provider, EVER. WMe pay for internet we cannot use. Perpetual blue circle going round and round. My daughter is home schooled and my husband works from home. IMPOSSIBLE! My daughter cannot connect and my husband's emails don't even go through. They are BAD joke, advise you to avoid at all costs. We have contacted them repeatedly, no help.
