Seems that the customer will always be the last priority My previous complaints about Amanzimtoti MARK WHITE NISSAN refers. After this branch send a damaged compressor to the technician BOTH him and I refused to accept it. After a 'debate' they said okay they will personally deliver it to the Technician. I requested a detailed invoice/statement from their first quote and payment they received from me. THEY REFUSE. I'Ve send a whatsapp they ignore to read I've send an e maiL they ignore to respond. This is the WORST NISSAN BRANCH IN SA. The admin is so *********** they cannot pull my profile on the screen and mail me the final sheet reflecting R0.00. I never received a final statement from them. Wonder where the money went ??
