MQF add extra amount to loan agreement.

Marquis Finance added unknown amount onto my loan agreement. How do I know this, well I only had x amount left to pay. Payment was deducted successfully but Marquis Finance decided to add another amount to my loan agreement. This WAS NOT indicated on the statement and emails before hand. Now they will drag their feet in resolving this. I call this ********* financial practice.
