Poor communication, you have to beg a plead to try make contact with Blom (Agent representing the various activities). With more than a months notice to cancel activities which where booked and paid for, I still haven’t received my FULL refund. They don’t respond to emails. As an agent for the various activities on offer, I wouldn’t recommend using them and rather go directly to the service provider.
