<p>Am appalled at at the service I have received tried to make a booking on 1 November and was told I needed to email I did so and after a week received no reply I then called then and they couldn't help me I had to wait for another lady to get it I then called again only to find they had ignored my email because they no longer accepted a valid Groupon voucher I was disgusted by how they can just ignore an email and not inform you of their changes. If it's that difficult to make a booking what service do you recieve when you are there </p>
