Multiple phone calls, multiple emails and even after receiving a notification that a caravans registration papers request has been processed and I will receive the natis in 3-10 days I have got nothing.
More phone calls and still no joy.
Portia Teffu (natis control consultant) has no idea of customer service, simply does not respond to emails.
Easily the worst service from a financial institution I have ever received. Absolutely shocking.
How in the world Marquis does business like this is beyond me.
Stay away people, stay far away.
