Disrespectful and hanging up on their customer because they didn't want to fix the wrong hair colour issue

Disrespectful and out of line, telling me I should go get my hair done somewhere else and then putting the phone down on me because he didn't want to fix the mistake they had done. When I had asked the owner if they could do this colour, he was adamant that they could do it . I have had my hair colour done by a lot of different hairdresser in the past, I have never had any problem like this before, I got my hair done by Marrakesh barber and the next day it was yellow, not the colour I had asked for, then the owner Naoufal told me I should come back a week later to get a toner done again, when I phoned to make an appointment a week later the owner now tells me it's my fault that the hair became yellow and that if I'm not happy I should go somewhere else and then hung the phone up on me. It is unacceptable to me that the the owner of such an establishment could speak to a client with such attitude and disrespect.
