Bad Service.

Worst experience I've received from a company Bough small pearl part online from them. Had excuses from the beginning after telling me they don't have the parts next day telling me they can get stock from Cape Town. Waiting 2 weeks for 2 small parts and when received from Bert Koster. I could have gone straight to Bert and had it in 3 days and not Pearl brand just Bert kosters brand name. Will never see me again Marshall happend before. Atleast 2 days after they took their online ad off.
