upset about bad service

I went to Marshalls World of Sport in Umhlanga DBN and the service i received was very pathetic, it was 9.15 and stool in the stalls for over 15 minutes without being attended only one cashier was working the rest were just doing their own things , we were only 2 customers and i dont understand why there was only one working and the rest doing their own thing ,
