Manager must interfere on family fights and do what lawfully right

I lost my husband in July and in this firm my late husband manager is interfering with the documents. He want to give my late husband money to his mother. He talks to my mother in law behind my back.

I don't know how thing works at marthinusen and Coutts if an employee pass on isn't the HR department that suppose to speak to the family of the deceased or spouse. I legally married to my husband and he must not get involved on family fights. It doesn't concern him.
