I fully paid them to render a service. They don't communicate, they ignore WhatsApp massages.
Was involved in an accident on the 27/03/2024 . Their service was very good. Payout was made quickly. Thank you, you are wonderful. From the first person I spoke to in the accident , to the person who came to access the car and Sam who is still helping me to get my access fee from the other person who knocked my car. Since 31st March 2023 I claimed for my car. They finally approved my claim. They've been sending me from piler to post to send the Natis documents knowingly that my car was still financed. I'm the on one whose calling for feedback now they paid off the car. I only found out when I called the bank. I'm back to helloPeter because they can only respond on it. I've sent them emails and thenot responding. I've sent whatsapp on their two numbers still no response. I called the bank again about the Natis documents. It PMD who must send an email to get the Natis document. PPMD when will I receive my remaining pay out. I'm struggling to get to work I need to get a car to work. It is now four months now. The last email I received from them was that they are going to take from my pay out the mony for the courier company that they've been sending to collect the documents that they knew I don't have them.
My car was in an accident my son was driving. The robot was green and the other car came from the left did not stop. There were witnesses that saw everything. They gave my son their numbers to witness for him. Pmd is not paying because of their says failer to stop on the malfunction robot. My question is how do you stop on the green light. I lost my husband in July and in this firm my late husband manager is interfering with the documents. He want to give my late husband money to his mother. He talks to my mother in law behind my back. I don't know how thing works at marthinusen and Coutts if an employee pass on isn't the HR department that suppose to speak to the family of the deceased or spouse. I legally married to my husband and he must not get involved on family fights. It doesn't concern him.
Fnb since covide19 they come up with this new rule that they don't do Reverse payment so that we can get the money relive(loan) from them. Since last month (May) I have been getting a debit order of R1401.85 that I did not authorize. They don't want to Reverse it since in May and now is June. Now is R2803.17 they don't want to Reverse it. Now because of this debit order I having minus in my account.
They have been debiting crazy amount on my account that I did not authorize, now they want to Reverse it to my account
