As a manager he clearly does not know how to address customers and he also does not have any professional artier,
I simply requested that hey assist with a high bill and he reacted with the above My bills have been always 300-400 units in the past and now all the sudden the last 2 months it has doubled and they still can not properly explain why this has happened
To avoid the High bills I have disabled my Stove and Oven and installed a gas stove, I have installed a gas Heater and removed all electrical ones but still the bill is double
If this is what kind of support and assistance we get from Martinique then they should not be supporting the public
