Unprofessional & Rude!!!!!!!

They didn't register the transfer in accordance with the sale agreement including the special conditions. Ignored the special conditions completely, left us to sort it out with seller.

Left so many messages for Maria Dominicus she never returned my calls, managed to get hold of her on her cell phone, but she started screaming at me, telling me that she's busy consulting with a client.

According to Marto Lafitte & Associated as the Conveyancers it's not their responsibility to make sure that they register the transfer according to the offer to purchase agreement with the special conditions.

After receiving more info from other Conveyancers, I asked Rui Marto the Director of Marto Lafitte & Associated why they didn't register the transfer in accordance with the sale agreement including the special conditions. NO COMMENTS FROM RUI!!!!!!
