POOR SERVICE

I'm really not happy with the service at Masakhane Clinic in Alexandra, we've been here since from 12:37 and now it's 19:19 no one is assisting us, I brought my elderly mom who fell and hurt her leg she's in pain and the only thing that they did was take her for X-ray so we were told that we need to wait for the doctor to call us. Doctors are busy with God knows what, nobody is attending us and we just sitting. Now the morning staff has knocked off, we are left with night shift staff who are now opening new files for new patients and we are told to wait the doctor will attend us.

The staff is very rude, not helpful just sitting there busy laughing with their other colleagues and not attending us.
