Good Evening, On the 17th of November 2023 I wrote a review about Stanlib which even today the claim is still hanging and no one is saying anything about it. We kindly request that we are urgently updated about this claim as our client is really pressuring us and this claim is long overdue now.... we are really not happy with STANLIB ๐๐๐๐ก.
Good day, I'm really not happy with STANLIB... We are Attorneys (Marau & Wolela Estate Administrators) who specialize in deceased estate matters... We lodged a claim on behalf of a beneficiary (executor) reference number: 1532275) around May 2023. Matter went to verifications department and everything was accepted, we then received an email stating that claim is finalized and going to payment department which even now matter is still pending... I'm really not happy with the service at Masakhane Clinic in Alexandra, we've been here since from 12:37 and now it's 19:19 no one is assisting us, I brought my elderly mom who fell and hurt her leg she's in pain and the only thing that they did was take her for X-ray so we were told that we need to wait for the doctor to call us. Doctors are busy with God knows what, nobody is attending us and we just sitting. Now the morning staff has knocked off, we are left with night shift staff who are now opening new files for new patients and we are told to wait the doctor will attend us. The staff is very rude, not helpful just sitting there busy laughing with their other colleagues and not attending us.
Not happy with Nedbank Deceased Department , always dragging their feet. Claims take forever to be finalized.
Around May last year, I tried to purchase a car from Worldmotors. They said I need to pay deposit which I did and same day they said they were going to deliver my car and then they gave me a call saying I need to pay extra which I did and when I asked when will my car be delivered they asked for more money and since today they haven't refunded me. Hi Hello Peter ๐ I really need your assistance with a dealership called worldmotors, tried to purchase a Kia Picanto which is a bank repo, and they said I must pay a deposit of R10 000-00 which I did and was told i will settle the balance once the car is delivered to me and then next thing they start asking for money for extra things which where not mentioned at first. Iโll like to give thanks to Capitec Complaints Management Department for dealing with my query amicably... they managed to get to the solution of the whole problem. The hold to my accounts has been removed. Iโm able to excess my accounts again and I did pay my policies and the arrears.
Not happy with Capitecโs forensic department/ fraud department... My accounts are pending fraud investigation. Thereโs a fraud stop on my Capitec Account... My policies are in errears.
