I A G Nsele bought JAC T9 at Halfway Zululand Motors in Empangeni in April 2025 and iI started in May . In showed red light on screen and I repoted and they fixed. Next thing was a written on the screen that repoted and they fixed hat happened more than three times. I then brought for servise and I repoted that I suspect there is oil leak and then they checked and confirm there is oil leak from oil cooler. They suspected that , it was caused by a stone that went through the grill and heat the oil cooler. I wanted them to the oil cooler , they refused .The reason not to replace it , was that it was not a factory fault. Now I as a client I believe it is a fault because the stone went through the grill that was designed by them to protect the inner parts of the car like inter cooler, oil cooler and rediator from foreign objects like stone. May you please intervene to this issue.. The dealership told me that JAC SOUTH AFRICA Refused to replace the oil cooller and yet it is under warrant. Please please help.

Icar Gezina service is par. Brian is the salesman there , a very humble fellow, down to earth , knows what he is doing . I bought a car he helped me with everything I needed and even with my compliments he took them serious and solved them without any issues. Thank u for everything

And then there's the nonsensical mbombela sticky motors service Centre.. I took my car (Chery Tiggo 4Pro)in for the first maintenance (13-08-25)and it came back complications. Fast forward.. It's been almost 3 weeks without a car after being promised that the ordered part will arrive in three days. I've sent from pillar to post with their non existent communication and failure or non willingness to organize a courtesy car😖🙍♀️

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my utter disappointment and frustration with the appalling service I received from your dealership in May this year. The entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and it is deeply concerning considering that I purchased my vehicle from this very dealership. When my car experienced mechanical issues, I brought it in with the expectation of receiving professional support. Fortunately, the problem was eventually found to be covered under warranty. However, the journey to that resolution was marred by shockingly poor service—particularly from the Service Manager, whose conduct throughout this ordeal was completely unacceptable. I was subjected to numerous delays and a complete lack of communication, to the point where I was forced to spend my own money just to keep things moving. This, despite the fact that the repair should have been handled entirely under the warranty. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for the corrected invoice I was promised. The original invoice was inaccurate, and I was assured I would receive the revised version via email—yet, to this day, nothing has been sent. Adding insult to injury, I received multiple calls asking me to rate the service. I voiced my dissatisfaction clearly and was promised a follow-up call that never came. This lack of accountability and follow-through is simply disgraceful. It is beyond disappointing to be treated this way by a dealership where I entrusted my hard-earned money to purchase a vehicle. The entire experience has left me questioning whether customer care and professionalism mean anything to your team. I expect immediate action to resolve the outstanding issue of the invoice, and I would also appreciate an official explanation—and apology—for the unacceptable service I’ve endured.
