Unfair treatment
I am Leroy Lambert I worked for masa they placed me at digistics they terminated my contract 15 December 2025 upon my termination when I asked for my UI19 they informed me that they will submit it to department of labor I trusted them I gave them chance until February when I contacted department of labor to find out if all is in order they informed me that no UI19 forms have been submitted I started asking questions I phoned to find out about my provident fund only to find out there is no claim for provident fund as well I phoned my ex site supervisor he told me he will do enquiries when I asked again he said he will let me know for one whole week I have been asking him to send me contact details of whoever is in charge of submitting documents no response what so ever so please people be aware that masa does not do what they are supposed to they do not answer queries and they do not worry about their staff

Masa(measured Ability South Africa)
I have a complain With Masa (Measured Ability South Africa)this company claimed covid19 uif money on my name and haven't paid it to me and it was paid to them on the 26th April 2020 and till this day 4th June 2020 nothing in my account and when I call the offices they keep running around the bush their contact numbers are 0114475582 and mine are 0796507489 hello Peter please assist on this matter
