On the 20th October 2023, I made a booking for the 06th January 2024. On the 04th November I reconfirmed the appointment. On the 27th December I reconfirmed with payment of R500. Not once was I told that there will be a wait and there are other clients booked. On the 02nd Jan I came to your place to see you and discuss the hairstyle and you was closed. On the 06th I informed you that I was running late, the Photographer was at home doing to Bride’s photoshoot. You acknowledged my message but still not inform me that you had other clients and there will be a wait. I got to you at 08h30 and the salon already had about 6 clients and a bride. I did inform you that we got to be at the hall at 12h00 as it was my daughter’s wedding. I was only done at 12h00. This was totally unacceptable. You took on too many clients and I had to wait for three hours and got late to receive the groom at the hall. It was the most embarrassing moment; the guests were all seated and the parents were late. You were very slow and took forever with the bride. It displayed incompetence and lack of customer service. Whilst waiting for the hair do, my makeup should have been done, but your lady was busy packing her products to take to a client at 3pm. When I was done, I told you that my hair is very loose and you confirmed that the piece won’t fall off. My make up was a mess, there was no setting spray used. I was not allowed to look at the mirror or asked my choice of color according to my saree. The lady was in such a rush to get the make up done. My hair was a mess. It eventually fell off. You have humiliated me; I was insulted by your poor service in delaying me to my daughter’s wedding. My saree was d****d by you and everyone asked my why is my saree so high and the shoulder was falling off. you charged me for all of this and your service did not meet the standard and my expectation. A friend of my told me please don’t go to Masia you will regret it and I decided to make my own conclusion. What you did cannot mend the embras*****t of being late at the wedding. It was a Hindu wedding and we had to receive the groom and do the required prayers. The bride had to sit in the car and wait until this was done. Actually, it was the bride that recommended you.
I paid a lot of money without questioning your costs. You were just greedy for business and over booked. Your assistance is young, untidy and have no experience. My Mom and Aunt walked in late as well. My mother is 75 and had to go through a long wait at the salon. people to be warned of your poor service. I have photos of myself of your unprofessional service, my falling extension of hair and yellow lifeless makeup and my so-called d****d saree to support my post. I will also report you the relevant organizations. THE WORSE PART IS THAT ARE THE CLIENTS AWARE THERE IS A PERVERT THAT SITS IN FRONT OF THE COMPUTER WATCHING THE WOMEN UNDRESS AND DRESS. THIS IS DIGUSTING. I HAVE CONFIRMATION ON WAHTSAPP THAT HE DOES THIS.
