Bad service after spending lots of mony

I write this review with a sad experience about a the service of Masons Appliance in Benoni. I have phone multiple time and sent e mails and still the service is bad. They keep on promise to call back but no luck and they got the money and now they don't care about the problem I have with the Whirlpool washing machine I bought from them, to be exact it was 6 Whirlpool machines and cash. One machine got a problem and Whirlpool settle it with Masons and send me an sms that Masons must replace the machine. Now the sorry of my life with Masons to get to exchange the washing machine. I am willing to courier the broken machine to them and they don't want to do the same service to me.
