Corruption in credit card careful

I had a credit card with them I paid it up but they are circulating my account to dept companies. Why would you do that while the account if paid up. You even flagged my account in my credit profile. This is sickening very bad as well. Account number 6010242100000874981 and a Ref is 78460638 at VVM
