Bad Service

I Took my BMW E92 2009 325i for a major for the second time ,but this time im extremely unhappy.

Theyve charged me R12000 for a service that i dont understand . How can they charged me R9.30.000 for v20-0645-vaico filter-oil-paper element?

And after collecting the car from them, i had to go back for cigarettes lighter that wasnt working now my break pad is loose.

I dont trust these guys and dont ever think of taking your car there.
