Urgent Request for Assistance – Exclusion from My Late Father’s Estate

I am seeking your urgent assistance regarding the handling of my late father’s estate, which has been pending for five years without fair resolution.

Before my father’s passing, he officially changed my surname to his surname, and this change was published in the Government Gazette. However, despite this legal change, I was purposely excluded from his estate by my half-siblings, with the apparent cooperation of officials from the Master’s Office.

My name was bypassed in the estate documents, even though there is clear proof of my surname change and rightful connection to my late father.

I have already lodged a formal complaint with the Master’s Office in Grahamstown/Makhanda and submitted a follow-up letter requesting intervention by the Master’s Court. Unfortunately, there has been no progress or feedback since then.

This situation has caused me deep emotional and financial distress.
