Looking for Master cook pots company

I need this company, because they are crooks. They came to our institution and do presentation of their pots. They were debiting money from my account , I finish paying in October 2016. I try to phone them nothing phone of the company is no longer working. Everyday I thought they will phone or refund my money. I have paid R7000.00, if I google Master cook you will see Dubai offices. I really need your help.
