Please help
Please help I trying to trace the company Mastercook they were debiting money from account as I took a cookware with them but no delivery was made and I have finished paying them... Their number doesn't work when you try to call them but when you try to write an email to them we get this email response. MASTERCOOK Gauteng is sold to La Montague as from October 2014. Contact person is Jacques Scholtz. Address is 18 Adriana Cresent Centurion. 0157 Mobile number is 061 5156651 Office number is 0871355966 Email is jacques@arabico.co.za When you call this gentleman he is saying he does not work there anymore but now the problem they took R8000 from me now I'm less interested in their products I want my money back. Pls do assist

Looking for Master cook pots company
I need this company, because they are crooks. They came to our institution and do presentation of their pots. They were debiting money from my account , I finish paying in October 2016. I try to phone them nothing phone of the company is no longer working. Everyday I thought they will phone or refund my money. I have paid R7000.00, if I google Master cook you will see Dubai offices. I really need your help.

Cookware Lamontage
I ordered cookware from Mastercook 2 years ago. I paid them in full but I did not receive my goods as yet. Mastercook was taken over by another company called Lamontage. They do not answer my calls neither to they reply to my emails. The landline number goes to an automated voice service which states that the company will re-open on 2nd October 2017 which has gone pass already. I do have contact numbers for Lamontage which is ********** 946 Phume Lamontage, ********** 406 Sne Lamontage and ********** 058 Silver Lamontage but to date I do not get hold of them. Kindly advise me what to do.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK
I TOOK COOKING SET AT MASTER COOK WORTH R7000. ITS BEEN A STRUGGLE TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF MASTER COOK ON THE TELEPHONE ,IN THE BEGINNING I WAS CALLING TO ASK HOW MUCH DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY BUT THE PHONE WOULD JUST RING A FEW SECONDS THAN HANG UP OR JUST RING WITH NO ANSWER .NOW IM NOT INTERESTED IN THE SET AND I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK THEY ASKED TO SEND THE AN EMAIL EXPLAINING WHY I WANT TO CANCELLE MY ORDER, I DID THAT , I TRIED CALLING THEM AGAIN , NO ANSWER UNTIL AFTER 10MINUTES OF TRYING .THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN NOT REFUND ME THE MONEY I HAVE PAID SO FAR BUT THEY CAN GIVE ME ANOTHER SET WORTH THAT MONEY , ''I DON'T WANT IT '....I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK
