I TOOK COOKING SET AT MASTER COOK WORTH R7000. ITS BEEN A STRUGGLE TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF MASTER COOK ON THE TELEPHONE ,IN THE BEGINNING I WAS CALLING TO ASK HOW MUCH DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY BUT THE PHONE WOULD JUST RING A FEW SECONDS THAN HANG UP OR JUST RING WITH NO ANSWER .NOW IM NOT INTERESTED IN THE SET AND I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK THEY ASKED TO SEND THE AN EMAIL EXPLAINING WHY I WANT TO CANCELLE MY ORDER, I DID THAT , I TRIED CALLING THEM AGAIN , NO ANSWER UNTIL AFTER 10MINUTES OF TRYING .THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN NOT REFUND ME THE MONEY I HAVE PAID SO FAR BUT THEY CAN GIVE ME ANOTHER SET WORTH THAT MONEY , ''I DON'T WANT IT '....I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK
i made a cash deposit at the fnb northmead square branch of R7500.00 to the account of essops furniture on the 11/08/2014 . since last year i had been trying in vain to get a copy of the deposit slip for the branch . they claim that they cannot access it but surely if they wanted to they could. does fnb mean they can just wash their hands of this ?
essops furniture has failed to refund me on my cancelled purchase dating back to nov.2014 . i have spoken to adele at the head office who has escalated this to the relevant people but they are refusing to refund me when i have given them proof of my deposits of R7500 each totaling 15k .
SO MY MOM AND I WERE AT Edgars YESTERDAY TO BUY MY BROTHER A WATCH, WHEN WE GOT TO THE TILL THE THE CASHIER ''MPONENG MOLOI'' GAVE US THE WORST SERVICE EVER , I MEAN I UNDERSTAND THAT SHE HAD A LONG DAY AND IT WAS ALMOST KNOCK OFF TIME BUT SERIOUSLY ,THE ATTITUDE WAS JUST UNNECESSARY, EVEN THE GUY WHO WAS ASSISTED BY ''MPONENG MOLOI'' COMMENTED AND SAID THE SERVICE HERE ABSOLUTLY SUCKS, AND I AGREE.AS A RESULT WE FORGOT OUR THANK YOU POINTS CARD , BUT LUCKLY WE REMEMBERED 30MIN LATER SO WE RETURNED BACK AT EDGARS AND LUCKILY WE FOUND THERE NEXT TO THE SWIPING MACHINE BUT ''MPONENG MOLOI'' WAS NO LONGER AT THE TILL. OTHERS WISE APART FROM ''MPONENG MOLOI'' EDGARS IS A GREAT STORE WITH GREAT SERVICE.
