Mastercraft warranty

I bought a Mastercraft power bar and the head of the power bar broke been trying to get a response from Mastercraft with phone calls and emails where absolutely nobody replies to any emails been trying to get a replacement head for my power bar for over 3 weeks now and Mastercraft simply does not reply on what’s happening or if they can help me And Mastercraft product’s have a “life time warranty no nonsense swop out guarantee”
