FALSE "GAURANTEE" this company is lying to it's customers with completely false claims!
"no nonsense swop out, lifetime guarantee" WHAT A JOKE!!!! Your company is an embarrassment. Your products are utterly terrible and when people try return a defective product and get your lifetime guarantee we are met with outrageous service from awful rude staff members and get told every excuse in the book as to why they will not stick to their word and refund you. They will blame you abusing the product even when it is a lie. The no nonsense swop out is a complete lie, do not buy these products the company is ****ming people with their lies. The manager called us ****s when we quoted their guarantee to them.. He swore at us and was extremely rude. What happened to the customer is right? We work in the trade industry, we spend big money of products like yours and we will NEVER EVER SUPPORT YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!! I will tell every person I know about your false claims. Ever heard of false advertising??

Mastercraft Tools - Guarantee: True to their word
I bought a digital Vernier caliper from Builders and after a few months the display started to flicker and the measurements were faulty. I called the number on the packaging and the customer service agent said to return the unit - No fuss! They are True to their word and guarantee.

Bad service only guarantee
Contacted mastercraft about ratchet. Within a day they replied and asked for photos. They just went silent after that. Still no reply . Prices are not bad but rather spent more on other brands that stand by their guarantee

Mastercraft tools / Smollan - no response.
Thought the tools were fantastic until I tried to claim on a broken ball driver. Been trying now for 3 months to get this sorted. Call center (SMOLLAN) just drops the calls. The consultants phone when you log the call and then never come back to you (Again SMOLLAN) - Actually - perhaps Mastercraft should look at who they have appointed as their service representative! Perhaps it is Smollan that is the issue here!

DO NOT PURCHASE MASTERCRAFT!!! IN THE EVENT OF A NO FUSS SWOP OUT, THIS WILL BE YOU PROBABLE OUTCOME; A) IT IS NOT COLLECT AS PROMISED BUT YOU ARE TOLD YOUR CASE WILL BE CLOSED. B) IT IS REPAIRED NOT REPLACED C) IT IS REPLACED BY ANOTHER DEFECTIVE PRODUCT D) THE PRODUCT IS NOT DELIVERED AS PROMISED E) NOT DELIVERED AT ALL F) CASE IS CLOSED IF THEY CANNOT HELP YOU G) CALL CENTER CONTINUOUSLY DROPS CALLS F) EMAILS DO NOT GO THROUGH (eg. WAS THEN TOLD NO STOCK A FEW TIMES OVER. THEN PROMISED A 150 MM GRIP AT NO CHARGE ON 30 JUNE 2021, TO DATE HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT AFTER ACCEPTING OFFER ON 05 AUGUST 2021 ) ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! Lifetime warrantee with no meaning
This company guarantees their products with a Lifetime Warrantee. This means nothing as they do not respond if you contact them on their website. I bought a great set of tools but they supply a toolbox for it with plastic brackets? Useless if the tools can not be stored in the original box as supplied!!

Support failure
They fail to answer correspondence initiated through their own website. As simple query about one of their products not answered or even acknowledged receipt of. Not good enough for a brand that I respect and have supported
