For months now our connectivity with MTN in our area (Port Edward/Banners Rest) has become functionally useless much of the time. Numerous service request communications always have the same outcome. MTN claims that there is no fault on their side! This is an outright lie! They also refuse to send a technician down here to witness what all of us are experiencing and state that they only send out techies if the tower is physically damaged! No responses at all from ICASA or the Ombudsman!
I simply wished to confirm stock availability before placing my online order. Filled in their online form. No answer. Phoned them three times! I was always told by a very pleasant switchboard operator that the "online person" would phone me back. He/she never did. Used their website chat channel that went to a WhatsApp chat. No response despite two reminders.
Probably have to build more rooms to accommodate the vast array of family photos and collages that Canvas and More have done for us. Always done speedily, delivered in excellent condition and well rendered. Would highly recommend them.
I have had limited functionality with my Router on Lte Fixed Line. Still can't use my Yealink VOIP device or my Mobile 3 router. Have a lengthy record of many many support calls. Always promising to escalate to "superiors" but they never respond. This is going on for 3 months now with the router connectivity (used to work fine) and the other devices have not been able to use since I got them last month. Multiple emails promising that a Supervisor would contact me have yielded zero contact. I've been with Afrihost for many years but it would seem that their initial professionalism has descended into an abyss of incompetence and non-caring. Is this the South African malaise that they have caught? I'm giving them until Friday to actually provide the service that I pay for or that's the last they will hear from me. Sad, really, as I'm typically a loyal customer but that dowsn't seem to impress them
Vodacom's services in our area are degrading over the past few months to virtually unusable for all intents and purposes. Call connections call stability, data connectivity and data speed. Multiple attempts to get Vodacom to attend to the issue have proven totally unsatisfactory. Not one single actual response, let alone boots on the ground to correct the issue. What really riloes me is that I pay the same R2k plus a month as other areas where they don't have the same issue. If I pay one cent less due to the poor service and their inability to provide the service as expected - they'll cut me off completely. Banners Rest area, Port Edward, Lower South Coast KZN
These are very difficult times for arranging family gettogethers with the fluid Covid19 situation with lock-downs, travel restrictions and quarantines. Paul and his team have provided exceptional service with our bookings for Didima Camp that we have been forced to change 3 times. Their understanding of the needs of travellers and visitors is exceptional and their outcomes and responses always prompt.
Seven days of multiple attempts to get in contact with the Spares Department in Durban. Either no reply or "music" for up to twenty minutes at a time! Shocking impact on my Brand awareness of Russel Hobbs
Everything that iKhoka promised has been delivered on. Their Rep, Ashton, handled both the sales pitch and the follow-up delivery very professionally. Made card payments in my business possible and affordable.
They fail to answer correspondence initiated through their own website. As simple query about one of their products not answered or even acknowledged receipt of. Not good enough for a brand that I respect and have supported
GoOrder is a startup in the Port Edward area that were in business way before the Lockdown. Their service is excellent and they are to be congratulated for taking the initiative to start a business. Whilst the Lockdown has accelerated their growth, they had the commitment going way before this. They have been a huge help to my family in these trying times
